European Commission Publishes Study on innovative ICT SMEs

The European Commission has published a final study report written for DG CNECT by Noaa Barak, John Crockett (THEIA) and Klara Heilingbrunner (IVSZ).
This report focuses on highly innovative SMEs in the ICT sector with the aim to clarify the reasons for not participating in European research programs and to suggest ways forward for Horizon 2020 to remedy the situation. The results are based on an online questionnaire completed by 829 entities, as well as in-depth interviews with 47 of these.
